Implementation Services

Your Business. Your Processes.
The Right Project Management System.

You know your operation. You should not have to become a spreadsheet expert or spend your evenings setting up software to keep it under control.

Where the work gets stuck

The tools are there. The setup still takes your time.

Formulas should not hold up your report

Perhaps you know what you need to see, but not how to build the formulas, connect the sheets or keep the dashboard up to date. Every reporting cycle becomes another round of copying, checking and rebuilding.

Updates are scattered

Progress is in one file, risks in another and actions in meeting notes. It takes too long to find the current position, see who owns the next step or spot what needs attention.

There is no spare time for setup

A useful system needs structure, templates, clear responsibilities and a routine people can maintain. Your team still has projects to deliver while all of that is being configured.

Your operation comes first

My value starts with understanding how your work actually moves: who captures the information, who uses it and which decisions it needs to support. Then we adapt the process and the system to what you need, with a practical scope agreed before implementation.

Implementation Services

Three ways to make your system work for you.

Reports held up by chasing updates. Data scattered across spreadsheets and emails. Schedules, risks and actions that are hard to see together. Start with the way your business works, then choose the tools and processes that help your team keep control.

01 / Improve what you have

Optimize existing systems

Make better use of Excel, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and the tools your team already uses. Review data flows, simplify reporting, and improve schedule updates, risk follow-up and action ownership. Agree practical changes around your existing processes and licences.

02 / Adapt a proven starting point

Customize PM Tools solutions

Explore adapting Project Scheduler, BuildTrack or Risk Health Check to your workflow, reporting needs and terminology. The assessment establishes what is feasible and defines the scope. Existing PM Tools software remains licensed; customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying product.

03 / Build around your business

Commission a tailored, client-owned application

When existing tools do not fit, commission an application around your agreed requirements. The written agreement will define the bespoke deliverables and source code you own, the transfer conditions, and the handover. Any pre-existing components and third-party software will be identified separately with their licence terms; they are not included in the IP transfer.

Start with the problem

Request an Assessment

Tell us about your current tools, where reporting slows down, and what your team needs to see. We will discuss the fit and provide a private scope-based quotation before work begins. Implementation, customization, licences and support are agreed separately where required.

How we work

Understand. Adapt. Put it to work.

1. Review the current operation

Discuss the reporting burden, current tools, data sources and the schedule, risk and action visibility your team needs.

2. Agree the right approach

Identify whether improving your existing setup, customizing a PM Tools solution or building a tailored application is appropriate. Define the scope, deliverables and private quotation.

3. Configure around real work

Implement the agreed workflows, calculations and reporting using representative examples, with review points to check that the setup supports the intended decisions.

4. Agree the handover

Define documentation, team guidance, ownership and any ongoing support in the scope, so responsibilities are clear after delivery.
